ToolsgrowAI Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ToolsgrowAI Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Eligibility

• To participate in the ToolsgrowAI Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have an active account with ToolsgrowAI.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on each sale generated through their unique referral link.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, discounts, and any other applicable deductions.

3. Referral Requirements

• Commissions are only credited when the referred customer completes a purchase through the affiliate’s unique referral link.
• If the referred customer returns or cancels their purchase, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s account.

4. Withdrawal Policy

• Commissions can only be withdrawn once the affiliate’s account balance reaches a minimum of ₹500.
• Withdrawal requests can be made through the affiliate dashboard. Payments will be processed within 15 business days after the withdrawal request is approved.
• All withdrawals will be made via bank transfer or other payment methods as decided by Toolsgrow.

5. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may promote Toolsgrow through various channels, including blogs, social media, and websites.
• Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities or misleading advertising practices.
• Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Toolsgrow brand-related keywords on search engines.

6. Account Termination

• Toolsgrow reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or inactive accounts.
• Upon termination, any outstanding commissions below the ₹500 threshold will be forfeited.

7. Modification of Terms

• Toolsgrow reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Toolsgrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of profits or commissions.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Toolsgrow is based.
